Overview
Are you have experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant? Do you enjoy having a varied and busy role? Can you travel to Marlborough? Then I have the role for you I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager to provide administrative support to all staff whilst coordinating the office facility. Responsibilities: Providing support to Directors, Client Directors and colleagues. Experience in managing office/business administration in a client facing environment. Experience of modern business computing environment, such as databases and cloud-based services. Experience of working for an SME or a consultancy environment is desirable but not required. First point of contact for the company, in answering the phones and greeting visitors to the building. Responsible for providing high quality admin support to the wider team, including the management of internal and external meetings, ensuring the right people get to the right place at the right time with the right materials. Managing facilities and suppliers for a busy office, including general office maintenance, organising repairs with the building/landlord, liaising with external specialists such as Health & Safety and IT. Responsible for basic IT administration and ordering replacement equipment where required. Key skills: Maintaining total confidentiality where required. Can-do attitude and an eye for detail. Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate good problem-solving skills. Being friendly and efficient is a must.
