Our client is looking for Credit Officer
Responsibilities:
• Credit control and maintenance of allocated branch ledgers
• Prompt follow up of overdue debts by phone and letter to customers and contact with branch managers
• Effectively communicate with customers and branch staff and promptly attend to and resolve queries
• Advise Branch Managers of disputed debts, credits required, claims etc.
• Maintain accurate records and filing system
• Assist with other administration functions shared by the team.
Requirements:
• Previous credit control or account receivable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An open and friendly personality, able to communicate well with customers and their team
• Computer literate (proficient in Excel & Word)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Skilled in account reconciliation
• Must be a team player
