Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor / Gym Membership Administrator & Coordinator who has an excellent telephone manner with great administrative, communication, time-management and organisational skills is required for a well-established Company based in Shirebrook, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands. SALARY: £19,000 per annum Monthly Bonus LOCATION: Shirebrook, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday with rotating shift patterns between 8am – 7pm JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor / Gym Membership Administrator & Coordinator who has an excellent telephone manner with great administrative, communication, time-management and organisational skills. Working as the Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor / Gym Membership Administrator & Coordinator you will have a varied role from dealing with membership enquiries, complaint handling and administrative duties. DUTIES Your duties and responsibilities as the Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor / Gym Membership Administrator & Coordinator: • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment • Deal with a variety of membership enquiries • Daily administration duties • Complaint handling • Support fitness clubs with enquiries and processes CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS As the Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor / Gym Membership Administrator & Coordinator you will have the following: • Excellent customer service or call centre skills, including problem resolutions • Working under pressure and to tight deadlines • Be resilient with customer queries and complaints • Exceptional literacy skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel • Time management • GCSE English C or above (or equivalent) Desired skills / Experience: • NVQ in customer services or Business studies • Experience setting Direct Debit schemes and / or debt recovery HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
