This unique, creative, full-service Communications Agency, who are making a name for themselves with their disruptive and forward-thinking approach is looking for someone to join their London team who can provide a hybrid role of Team and Office Assistant. Working in a small and collaborative team where there is no linear structure, your opinions will be valued and taken on board by the Senior Partners. Duties for this position will include, but are by no means limited to: Managing and maintaining the Front of House area and ensuring that any clients or visitors have the best possible experience when entering the office Ensuring the office space and communal areas are presented impeccably and with a strong attention to detail - including all plants etc. Replenishing office supplies where required Booking/organising travel for meetings Booking meeting locations Supporting senior team on diary management where needed Managing Founding Partners' diaries and expenses Organising all catering for meetings Taking notes on client calls when required Arranging team events and parties Ad hoc admin and office support when needed This cutting-edge Agency needs someone who is daring, driven and approaches things differently.
