Overview

Our client, an impressive structural and civil engineering practice in the heart of Central London, is looking for a proactive and reliable part-time Office Manager to join the team. In open-plan and collaborative offices where they are rapidly growing in size (currently 16 people) they are looking for a safe pair of hands to act as the office lynchpin whilst conducting a range of duties where no two days will be the same. This will entail HR elements, onboarding new starters and overseeing annual leave, inductions and training days, finance duties involving processing team timesheets, VAT returns and invoicing using Sage and additional PA support including meeting scheduling, team travel and event management. The office environment will suit someone who is confident, engaging and a self-starter, who enjoys autonomy but additionally being part of a successful and high-performing team involved in great projects. Previous PA and office management experience will be ideal and exposure to Sage and InDesign, an added bonus.
