Overview
BECAUSE OF THE CURRENT UK LOCKDOWN YOU WILL BE WORKING REMOTELY TO BEGIN WITH BUT ONCE WE RETURN TO NORMALITY, THIS WILL BE 100% OFFICE BASED. We are looking for someone that is happy with spinning plates and wearing many different hats throughout the day. You'll not only be an Operations Assistant, Front of House, coordinating multiple projects but also managing the MD's property portfolio As you can imagine, you'll need to be super organised, switched on and able to juggle your workload effectively. The Office Administrator's day to day Being the 'goto' person within the office Managing the reception area and welcoming all clients, visitors and interviewees Coordinating various employees travel arrangements Supporting the administration of the MD's property portfolio Assisting with finance admin (including expenses & purchase orders) Planning and supporting any incentive, charity days or annual events. What an Office Administrator's CV looks like Well formatted and easily readable Someone who has had good tenure within previous roles Experienced in admin, reception or PA/EA Preferably experienced in property management (estate agency, lettings agent etc) Works effectively under pressure and changing environments Able to manage a complex workload.
