Collections Account Manager SW London £27,000-£29,000 bonus benefits We are currently handling an excellent opportunity for a Collections Account Manager to join the Asset Finance division of a European bank. The role will involve: Chasing arrears across all business channels Following up returned Direct Debit payments Raising arrears letters and default notices Raising late payment interest invoices and follow up to ensure prompt payment Liaising with Head of Collections on serious delinquencies and coordinate actions to minimise losses Liaising with Asset Management and Accounts department and other colleagues Investigating overpayments and ensuring they are corrected Preparation of legal paperwork where required Attending meetings The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Educated to minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) with English and Maths at grade C or above Previous Collections experience Experience within the Asset Finance industry would be an advantage Experience/knowledge of collection of instalment credit default Knowledge of CCA legislation Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages Strong communication skills
