R&D Tax Manager - London - up to £65,000 Discretionary Bonus This accountancy practice has trebled their R&D Business over the past couple of years and this shows no sign of stopping. As a result of this, they are currently looking for an R&D Tax Manager to increase their headcount, so they have more capability to be more proactive within the market and continue to fuel this growth. Flexible working - they are incredibly flexible and able to offer the chance to work from home a couple days of week Career progression - this hire is crucial in terms of growing out the team, if you hit the ground running there is a genuine chance to fast track your career Commission structure - this is one of the few accountancy practices which has the capability to offer you a bonus based upon personal billings as well as team performance The role: The role will be require you to visit your clients and help them identify and qualify their R&D. They do not have a sector focus but their strengths lie within the motorsport industry, architecture industry and a lot of IT work, this Manager will assist with this client base but also be expected to go to market and bring in clients. At the moment they are currently not doing any marketing and get all their work through referrals from existing clients but envisage going forward that they will be more proactive in the market and as such this individual will be doing some Business Development.
