Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer | West London, Iconic Sports Stadium | Client Direct | Up to £35,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an iconic sports stadium situated in West London. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance i.e Hospital, offices care homes etc. He or she will be required to work as a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance. The right candidate will be working on a busy 4 man site with a mixture of landlord and tennated contracts. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 Hour week) Lots of overtime available Requirements level 2/3 Electrical City and guilds A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-Skilled Good communication skills Able to start immediately or at short notice Job Details 22 days shift holiday Pension & healthcare Overtime Career progression & training £37,000-£40,000 The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties; Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting Emergency light testing Power distribution Electrical fault-finding Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits PAT Testing Control Panel maintenance Fire alarms BMS systems Sprinkler systems Water treatment/Legionella AHU's/FCU's Pumps Motors General building services If you are interested then please send your CV or call Toby Filtness on Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
