Overview
Page Personnel are delighted to be partnered with our client to recruit a Credit Control Senior. Client Details Our client are a market leading commercial company in the heart of Glasgow. Description The successful candidate will most likely have the following responsibilities: Managing Clients aged debt in line with client requirement Ensure Customer statements and ledgers are reconciled Prepare Client reporting and attending con calls to review debt Effectively manage workload across team and portfolio Work closely with the Banking teams to ensure customer payments allocated and suspense account managed Enhance and maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal control Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, initiating ideas to develop CC processes and controls. Analysis of Credit Control KPI's & metrics as required by clients and company management Dealing with customer queries, escalating issues when required Minimise risk across portfolio Customer Maintenance - updating systems within the Credit Control Department Promote and develop relationships with key contacts internally and externally Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation Ensure all customer information is up to date and accurate Ensure mailboxes are managed and ensure all documentation is filed correctly Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service Training, Support and develop team members Profile The successful candidate will most likely have the following characteristics: High volume and fast paced background Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong IT Skills Strong Organisational skills Job Offer This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000 plus benefits.
