Overview
Network Public Sector are working with a Local Government organisation who are seeking a Contracts Manager/Supervisor on an interim basis with interview start imminent. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the Building Maintenance field with familiarity with National Schedule of Rates being a distinct advantage. A sound electrical knowledge would also prove advantageous. The successful Contract Supervisor will have the ability to identify discrepancies between line items and actual charge lines as well as being able to recognise errors in times taken to complete tasks etc. What is required is a "poacher come gamekeeper". The role will be predominately office based but occasional visits to site may be required in order to ratify costings/claims.
