Programme Lead / Strategy Manager / Strategic Programme Manager Summary for the Programme Lead / Programme Manager role We are an innovative off-shoot of one of the world's most successful IT consulting firms. We're seeking a talented Programme Lead / Programme Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to offering the industry's most respected, trusted clients our outstanding solutions and services. This is a permanent role offering up to £90,000 on top of 8% pension, up to 20% bonus, some flexible working and much more, The Firm We seek to offer transformative software, data and next generation consulting. A core element behind this mission is unlimited access to data and leveraging said data to offer meaningful insights, new business opportunities and advanced digital services. Our team members work across a vast range of projects, initiatives, and teams in order to effectively roll out new business models and develop new advanced analytics offerings, whilst maintaining baseline service levels for existing offerings. The Programme Lead / Programme Manager role Leading strategic and operational initiatives within the Data team Reviewing strategy and business priorities, planning and reviews Supporting leadership meetings Promoting business development including review of new investments, Alongside traditional PMO tasks, you will focus on business build and making lasting and tangible impact on the business' performance as a whole Program Management in strategic and operational capacity and initiatives Leading projects - scoping, planning and conducting analysis, alongside making recommendations, offering analytics support and/or developing presentations Planning and prioritising initiatives including developing work plans and team charters, outlining priorities and creating an overall programme plan Identifying and resolving issues and providing guidance and support to teams Monitoring progress of teams and projects, reviewing any output and providing a summarised view of progress, milestones and issues Facilitating effective information flow via project structure Assisting with coordination across diverse global teams - making connections, supporting collaboration and establishing regular communication amongst teams Ensuring strong, lasting links across the Business Unit, Practice Areas and customers Supporting business development through development and/or review of business cases (potential, competitive environment, commercial impact) of new investment opportunities in data assets Contribute towards partner and/or acquisition identification, assessments, and onboarding as required Requirements for the Programme Lead / Programme Manager role Extensive experience in PMO, transformation or similar work Ability to integrate broad knowledge base beyond own function (strategy, objectives, structures, processes and other functions) Outstanding communication and presentations skills Ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels through establishing positive, respectful and productive working relationships Master's Degree or equivalent in business or related field 4-6 years of professional experience in related field, ideally as a senior management consultant or project leader at a leading consultancy firm Ability to work effectively alongside global teams with people at all levels Knowledge of wider firm Practice Areas and/or software/data products advantageous Flexibility for infrequent global travel (less than 20%) Reference: AMC/AMI/SPM/BDV01 Type: Permanent Location: London (20% travel) Position: Strategy Manager / Strategic Manager / Strategic Programme Manager Type: Permanent Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 package Contact: Annie McIlhatton This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89957364
