Overview
Vacancy: Site Engineer Location: Liverpool Duration: Ongoing 3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to work with a well-established construction company on a long term basis. Project: This client has recently secured a large high spec residential development which will consist of luxury, high end apartments. This scheme should take around 4-5 years to complete. Roles & Responsibilities: As the Site Engineer you will have a range of roles & responsibilities including but not limited to: Providing technical advice in relation to the projects Applying designs and plans to mark out the site Setting out, levelling and surveying the site Determining the location of above and under-ground infrastructural installations Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents Liaising with the client, design team members and local authority as necessary.
