Overview

Childcare Deputy General Manager, Egham 23 - 26k plus free childcare We are working with an "Outstanding" rated out of school, wrap around childcare provision for children aged 3 -11to recruit a Deputy General Manager. This is a dual role, supporting the Manager in overseeing the childcare settings with responsibility for Quality Assurance across the sites. This role would suit an experienced Manager looking for a step into a more strategic, senior leadership role. It is a full time position from 9.30 - 6.30pm, Monday - Friday. The main responsibilities include Managing Quality Assurance across all sites - carrying out audits, creating action plans, planning. Staff management - including team organisation, supervisions, training, PDPs and reviews. Ensure Ofsted and EYFS requirements are met and exceeded to maintain excellent rating. Supporting the General Manager Financial control of budgets and spend To be considered for this role all applicants must have Qualified to Level 5 /6 in Early Years, with managing experience - ideally across multi-sites. Ability to lead, challenge, develop and support a team bringing creative and innovative ideas to the role. A passion for childcare, with excellent Ofsted and EYFS knowledge particularly legislation requirements.
