Overview

You will be joining the Business Operations and Systems Standards (BOSS) team. The team is responsible for managing the standard integrated suite of applications across Advanced, ensuring day-to-day accessibility. You will also engage with the wider business to drive adoption, innovation and improvements. The role will report into the Salesforce team leader, supporting BOSS, Sales Operations and the wider business. What you will be doing Case management: engaging with users at all levels to resolve queries and providing first-line support, while adhering to SLAs Change management and creation of knowledge/process documents Permissions control and application access governance Data governance Providing administrative support for projects within the BOSS team Product and pricing management/administration Impact analysis of changes Risk management Automating complex business processes Finding innovative solutions to real business issues and presenting them to ensure stakeholder and business engagement You will have Knowledge of database structures Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data-handling functions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support data presentations Accuracy and attention to detail A logical approach to tasks and problem-solving A passion for data and the power of transforming it into usable business knowledge Drive and the desire to learn new skills and develop at a fast pace in a rewarding environment
