Salesforce Delivery Manager - Birmingham - Up to £85,000 A Platinum Salesforce partner are looking for a Salesforce Delivery Lead with Financial Services experience to join their UK team and play a key role in driving engagements. The Company -Platinum Salesforce partner working with high profile clients in the Midlands -Working with strong Salesforce teams to deliver projects on time and to budget Key Responsibilities Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parameters Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them Key Requirements Project Management experience on the Salesforce Platform Deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to negotiate for project delivery success Experience of Project planning, Issue, risk and change management Demonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at quality Experience of coaching, developing and managing teams of at least 15 to 20 people Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management Experience securing new projects - contributing to proposals, creating propositions, and presenting these to clients Interviews are taking place throughout next week, so please apply now and we will schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail
