Job Description Hemway is an Online manufacturer of DIY products who is currently recruiting for a Customer Service E commerce Team Leader to joint our Customer service team We are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude who is very eager to learn and put their skills to good use. Someone who always goes the extra mile and is keen to evolve and gain more responsibilities within the company. Main responsibilities: Assisting with all order issues. Overseeing the Customer Service department, including supervision of one member of staff. Maintaining the health of our marketplaces. Responding to customer queries by written messages Diagnosing and resolving any delivery issues with our delivery partners Answering the office phone and speaking with customers. Refunding / Resending damaged/faulty orders. Using your initiative to create new opportunities within your role Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills/requirements: Customer service experience. Web and e-commerce savvy person wishing to expand their skills Knowledge of e Bay/Amazon or other marketplaces.
