Overview
Project Manager DV cleared Outside IR35 London 12 months Enhanced checks needed This Project will deliver enhanced capabilities and resources in a structured, aligned manner, to ensure that these capabilities are available to use within the Team as quickly as practicable. Specifically, this project will deliver; The advertising, recruiting and on-boarding of extra staff in an appropriate and timely fashion; Vetting and security clearance protocols, which are fully costed, which are in place to deal with enhanced levels of specialist resources; Extra Estate requirements are clearly identified, and costed in advance of the recruitment of new resources; Enhanced Technical and Communications requirements are fully identified and costed in advance of extra resources being recruited. All of the above to be captured within a formal Project Plan, incorporating any other relevant detail, with the intention of starting this Project early in the Financial Year of 2020/21. Essential: An experienced Project Manager, with a background in delivering sensitive law enforcement or national security initiatives. Demonstrable stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging diverse range of stakeholders Proven experience to decompose complex issues to appropriate level of detail through the application of system analysis Experience of working with Intelligence and/or data exploitation environment Full understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and V model. Experience tailoring approach to a particular project Business analysis experience Project Management expertise Desirable: Practical experience of architecture frameworks (e.g. MODAF, TOGAF, ) Mentor in a non-line management capacity Knowledge of Agile Development/Delivery Please send in your cv, with what clearance you hold.
