Overview

As we continue to grow, we are now pleased to offer an entry level opportunity for a diligent and proactive Data Analyst to provide high quality analytical support to the HR Function. About the role As HR Analyst you will work closely with colleagues across Reward, Payroll and other HR Teams to support with the accurate compiling and analysis of HR MI, financial modelling and project analysis. You will undertake pay data analysis and modelling to support in a range of projects including annual pay and bonus round, pension changes and gender pay gap reporting. You will also conduct research and analysis of external market data for salary benchmarking. You will play a key role in the implementation of our new payroll system, supporting the Payroll and Governance Manager on a range of data cleansing activities and producing a range of reports. This is a new role in the team and an excellent opportunity to build a suite of MI and data for the team. What you will bring The successful candidate will bring expert Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to mine, manipulate and analyse data effectively and provide meaningful commentary to business stakeholders. You will have excellent numerical skills, ideally with a degree or equivalent in a numerical discipline and be able to demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach. This is an entry level role and, whilst no HR or Banking experience is required, you will demonstrate keen interest in the function.
