Overview

HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor Gatwick Diamond c £35,000 You're an HR Professional with strong advisory exposure, comfortable supporting managers through the full ER Process. You're able to commit to a 12 month FTC, with the possible scope of moving to a permanent role. Badenoch Clark has partnered with an industry leader on the outskirts of the Gatwick Diamond. Working as part of a close-knit, established HR function, you'll be moving into an ER Focused role responsible for supporting key client groups. You'll be essential in evolving the business from a reactive HR controlled process to a proactive ER function that upskills and trains managers across the business. You'll have a full advisory remit including supporting absence, sickness and performance, managing change processes around Restructure, Reorganisation and Redundancy and supporting business leaders with all people processes. To be suitable, you'll need to have a strong grounding in an advisory function and be comfortable with the case management processes. You'll need to be commercially minded and capable of having 'business-first' and 'risk-aware' conversations with the aim of HR being a true commercial partner. Stakeholder and relationship management skills are also key, so you will need to be great at quickly developing rapport with business leaders.
