If so my client is offering a lead role establishing the AP function across multiple entities, implementing processes of best practice along with joining at a time of growth with them increasing headcount over the last year. Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Manager: Shaping and streamlining the Accounts Payable function Supervision of 3 outsourced accounts payable clerks Accurate and timely inputting of invoices into the AP system on NetSuite Ownership of daily payment runs and ensuring all financial controls are followed Working alongside the Reconciliation and payments officer to manage and plan cash flow needed for future AP purposes Overseeing the reconciliation of supplier balances Identifying and resolving issues as well as improving the current process, with the aim of both increasing financial control and improving efficiency Significant exposure to the wider business, with exciting opportunities to work Requirements for Accounts Payable Manager: Led change management within an accounts payable function Improve and develop our processes to ensure future growth Extremely accurate, with an excellent attention to detail Previous experience of Netsuite desirable Some benefit include: Vibrant offices in Central London featuring pool tables, ping pong, yoga along with a beer fridge to help you through month end.
