Overview

A global asset management firm requires a capable and personable Receptionist/Administrator to assist their office. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative assistance, including ordering stationery, distributing and forwarding post, organising couriers Booking & preparing meeting rooms, providing list of expected visitors to security, ordering catering as required Meeting and greeting external visitors, providing refreshments Answering telephones, transferring calls and taking messages Booking company travel (flights, hotels, taxis etc.) and processing expenses Arranging transfer of boxes to/from offsite storage facility Printing and managing employee access cards Logging, processing and filing of invoices Attending quarterly tenants meetings and contacting building management regarding any facilities issues Setting up/clearing of desks for new joiners/leavers Photocopying, laminating and binding documents as requested Ensuring kitchens remain well stocked throughout the day Skills and Experience Excellent administrative and organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure and to juggle a busy workload High attention to detail Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work with a 'can do' attitude Very good standard of written & spoken English Good computer skills (MS Office package) If you possess the relevant skills and experience and are available immediately, please submit your CV today
