The organisation is immediately seeking 3 additional engineers which comes as a result of taking on a new large-scale project. These roles are targeted at a language agnostic coder, able to move across technologies and with a passion for working in a modern cloud-based environment. You must have Geospatial experience to apply for this role. Your new role Data is at the heart of this organisation. You'd be placed onto a crucial project transforming data into the cloud and will be working at enterprise level. You'll work in a sizeable engineering team that practice a mature adoption of Agile and can proudly say that the work you do affects nearly every individual in the country. They are big on creativity so encourage knowledge-shares and collaboration across different departments. They always look to grow their own and this role offers the chance to develop into a Principal Engineer role or to work in Delivery Management, Architecture or Project Management. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for experienced engineers with a proven track record of mastering different languages and frameworks using modern techniques such as TDD, BDD, Automated Testing. The stack includes JavaScript, HTML, CSS on the front end and Node.js / Python on the server side. As mentioned there's a big push for cloud experience so AWS / Azure will serve you well.
