1st Line Support Location: Gateshead Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on experience) Benefits: Training/ Bonus/ Progression There is 2 brand new opportunities for strong 1st Line Support Engineers to join a thriving MSP in Gateshead. You will not only be integrated into a highly technical team, but a community that will support you in industry qualifications and on the job training Day to day you will be getting involved with supporting a wide range of IT and different customers (both large and small) . You will be involved with IT projects and the management, upkeep and enhancement of internal company systems Experience required: Strong experience in a 1st line Support environment (1 year) Experience working with Remote Access support Windows Server Experience Active Directory Knowledge Ticketing System Ability to escalate effectively Exposure to Office 365 Excellent customer service Experience in an MSP or similar environment is desirable.
