Scheduling Assistant/ Call Centre Location: Nottingham Length: 6 months rolling Payrate: £9 per hour A globally recognised manufacturing company is looking for Appointment Bookers to provide full administrative support to the workflow team. Responsibilities: Primary tasks are revolving around the arranging of appointments between our engineers and businesses to agree exchanges of electricity meters on various types of the site across the UK. Follow up “pre-calls” will also be required to ensure the customer is fully aware of previously agreed appointments. Handling scheduling & booking queries, escalations and exceptions effectively and in a timely manner, within defined SLA’s Manage effective communications with customers, and with both internal and external stakeholders To be able to communicate effectively with business customers to book appointments for electricity meter exchanges To be responsible for the day to day activity associated with the workflow processes To build and maintain a relationship with other teams within Operational Services To interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales To work closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met and all metering communication methods are in place within agreed SLA's To ensure that the data entered into any of the company Systems is of a high quality and is accurate Skills: Call centre or customer service background Ability to adapt to change and identify areas for Process Improvement Organise and prioritise own workload Competent in MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
