Overview
A great role for an experienced Biller to join a busy media company in central London Your new company An established, thriving and fast growing media business based in the heart of London City. Your new role You will be responsible for the end to end Billing process from download of data through to issuing the invoice to the client. You will be processing a high volume invoices as well as setting up new client accounts, taking card payments over the phone and perform Billing reconciliations. You will also collaborate effectively internally to resolve client queries and perform other adhoc duties as required. What you'll need to succeed Meticulous attention to detail is paramount in this role as you will be conducting all checks on invoices before they are submitted to the client, ensuring the correct VAT rate has been charged and adhering to any specific client billing arrangements. You will need previous experience working with multiple currency and international client Billing in large volumes. You will also need proven intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
