Transport Administration Team Leader £27,500 benefits including 20 days’ holiday 8 days (bank) holiday, pension, health care, free parking, discounted produce, Christmas food box etc. Hours: 6am - 2pm, Monday to Saturday. (Hours may vary depending on business needs). The Role: As Transport Administration Team Leader, you will maintain a high standard of driver competency across all job responsibilities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Transport Administration Team Leader will be based in the Head Office in the beautiful Chew Valley (Bishop Sutton, BS39), 12 miles south of Bristol and Bath. Transport Administration Team Leader, Responsibilities: Respond to Driver, Customer and Departmental queries via telephone and email Assist Transport Admin Manager with 121, Return to Work, File Note and Disciplinary interviews Oversee same day deliveries and act as point of contact for Picking and Customer Excellence operations Ensure all health, safety and quality standards and legislation are adhered to at all times Enter new accounts onto ISSAC system, and transfer accounts to new runs where necessary Transport Administration Team Leader , Skills and Experience required: Minimum of one year of experience working within a Transport Department Ability to use initiative and work well in a team based setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to prioritise and organise workload, and work to tight deadlines Be physically fit.
