Overview
Property Manager/ House Manager - Work from Home I am currently working with a growing company based in Central London who are looking for a Property Manager / House Manager to join their company. You can work from home all week if that suits you but will be expected to do inspections once a week for all properties. He's looking for someone to take full control of the portfolio so he can grow the business. The progression with this role is equity in the company as it grows and the chance to manage a team. My client is open to background, but previous experience is key as the person will need to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for: Very high-end properties Liaising with contractors and landlords to coordinate maintenance works Attending property inspections weekly Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and contractors Getting properties ready for the arrival of Landlords For this role, my client is looking for somebody with the following skills and experience: A background in AST Property Management/ House Management or a similar role Organised Hunger to learn and get stuck in Presentation in a professional manner Excellent communication skills Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word The salary is £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
