QUALITY COORDINATOR FMCG MANUFACTURING BUSINESS MILTON KEYNES £28,000 - £29,000 per annum BONUS PENSION 33 DAYS HOLIDAYS BENEFITS DAYS - MONDAY - FRIDAY Owing to continued business success and significant worldwide orders, a Market leading and very well established Industrial manufacturing company is seeking to expand their Quality team with the addition of a motivated and career focused Quality Coordinator. This opportunity will suit an experience Quality Inspector who is keen to step up into a Supervisory / Coordination position or an experience Quality Supervisor. Manufacturing and processing a diverse range of products from their site in Milton Keynes they supply into a vast array of clients and enjoy a strong worldwide market presence. Role Description Coordinate the activities of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure product quality satisfies the requirements of the business and customers. Communicate and engagement with the team, to improve quality, decreased customer and consumer concerns. Ensure visual assessment, measurement and functional testing of products are carried out in line with standard procedures Ensure that through regular 5S audits that the lab, stock room and isolation areas are maintained at the required standard Ensuring that non-conforming product or raw materials are controlled and reported in line with standard procedures. Investigation and reporting on customer complaints, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions. Carrying out internal audits, support and participate in third party and external audits. Skills and Qualifications Quality Inspection Background Supervisory / Coordination experience (Desirable) Background within a high-speed manufacturing environment - Food / Packaging / FMCG / Pharmaceutical (desirable) Strong communication and organisational ability Company Information As a business our client is a true market leader, with multiple manufacturing sites in the UK and boasting a huge worldwide presence.
