Job Role: M&E Maintenance Engineer Location: Fenchurch Street Salary: £37,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Type: Permanent A fantastic opportunity to work for a M&E service provider who are recruiting for a M&E Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to work on a large commercial site based near Fenchurch Street. This is role is offering a salary of £36,000 depending on experience, With fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. Job Role: You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime opportunities available. The role of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical bias role to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and some mechanical building services ( L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work) Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; · Emergency lighting · Fire alarm testing · AHU’s, FCU’s · Pumps, Motors · Plumbing · Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s · Fans, Belts, Filters · General maintenance Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: · The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications –Electrical City & Guilds · With at least 5 years experience in Electrical services in the building services trade · 17 th /18 th edition preferably · Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on 0207 397 5303.
