The Organisation Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a Meeting Support & Office Services Apprentice to join them on a 15 month apprenticeship. You will have the chance to undertake a Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship over a 15 month period with the potential of a permanent position upon completion. Your Role As a Meeting Support & Office Services Apprentice, you will learn how to provide a high-quality support service to over 30 partners and 200 staff at our client’s London offices. This varied apprenticeship will see you taking on a wide range of tasks, including front of house duties, assistant-level activities and the management and administration surrounding meetings. Specifically, you will: - Manage the meeting room set up process and any catering requirements - Ensure drinks, conference phones and IT equipment are set up and fully functional - Help staff and guests with any audio-visual connection issues - Manage room configuration, meeting supplies and cleaning - Act as a secondary receptionist for the firm, covering breaks, holiday and sickness - Greet guests, take deliveries and manage car parking spaces - Maintain office supplies - Offer support to the Filing and Archiving Team - Assist other departments with admin, data entry, filing and mail outs About You While no experience is required, to be considered as a Meeting Support & Office Services Apprentice, you will need: - To be qualified to Functional Skills Level 2 standard or have GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) - Outstanding customer service skills - Strong problems-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative Other organisations may call this role Administration Apprentice, Apprentice, Business Administration Apprentice, Trainee Administrator, Junior Office Assistant, Trainee Meeting Support Co-ordinator, Trainee Personal Assistant, or Trainee PA.
