Overview
An unusual opportunity is offered by this US owned meeting and event planning company servicing blue chip clients in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of their professional service they offer a confidential and personalised process of getting patients to and from clinical treatment centres for clinical trials. You will serve as the primary point of contact to clients, patients, study sites and vendors for each study based in Europe. Responsibilities will include: ·Consulting with clients to identify goals and compliance, problem solving and getting decisions made ·Managing budgets ·Maintaining the on-line study portal and where necessary training study personnel on how to use it A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the hospitality/meeting planning industry is essential for this position. Degree level of education (or equivalent) with a charismatic personality able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases are needed along with knowledge and understanding of foreign currency. You will receive full training and will be based in the central London office.
