Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Broker to be part of the team for this established company based in Buckingham. As an Account Handler you will already have experience in a similar role, at least 12 months, and will be able to 'hit the ground running’. You will be dealing with clients by phone, email or face to face and delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generating new leads and business opportunities; To comply with company procedures and policies; Supporting the Senior Account Executive and manage your own portfolio; Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients; and General administration duties. Requirements for this role: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Experience working in a fast-paced environment; Previous experience in a Commercial insurance role; A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and IT Literate to include Outlook, Word, Excel.
