Overview

Domus are working on an exciting Operation's Director opportunity in South East London. My Client is an independent, family-owned provider of psychosocial rehabilitation and wellbeing services primarily for adults with acquired brain injury and other complex conditions. The company operates across residential units and has an outreach service. The Operation's Director is a senior executive role and is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of service delivery across the organisation and the interface with partners internally and externally. You will be responsible for leading and transforming services. Including the delivery of quality and safety, client experience, risk management, operational, access, financial and workforce objectives and KPIs. You will support the development and implementation of a robust business plan for the organisation and provide direction and professional leadership to Social Care & Therapy teams, working with the COO to support the initiatives of the organisation, driving a culture of safety, clinical effectiveness and continued improvement for the Client experience. You will be expected to ensure all of the activities undertaken within the services are subject to robust governance arrangements, follow best practice, meet agreed activity levels and are performed within agreed quality and service levels. You will be responsible, with Business Services team, for the development, motivation and performance of all operational staff, ensuring compliance with relevant professional, regulatory and company guidelines and standards as required. Experience required: You will have a relevant professional qualification and be registered with the HCPC Demonstrate senior level experience and evidence of managing a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals You will have experience working with vulnerable adult groups with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury and/or Mental Health You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the delivery and development of Services You will have proven experience of coaching, motivating and leading staff to achieve You will be happy to travel regularly to meet the needs of the service Salary: £61,779 - £67, 805 (based on experience) Benefits Bonus If you are interested in this role please email an up to date CV to quoting reference NW9352 in the subject alternatively if you'd like to hear more about the position call me on .
