Overview

The Role: To respond to face to face customer service enquires. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to a variety of people with a passion for customer service. You will be required to ensure that records, computer systems and information are maintained. Previous experience not required as full training provided. K ey Skills Excellent listening skills Ability to communicate effectively Clear speaking voice The ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Good keyboard skills The ability to work under own initiative within a team based environment Please note all successful candidates will be subject to a criminal records check and financial probability check Hours are 08:45 to 17.15 Monday to Thursday and 08:45 to 16.45 Fridays. Previous experience within a Customer Service environment is desirable, however full training will be provided.
