Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant looking to develop advisory skills? New role in Corporate Finance. Your new firm This highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants that have multiple offices across the Cheshire region are looking to further consolidate their corporate finance offering with the appointment of a Corporate Finance Executive within their Macclesfield office. This firm lead on a range of Corporate Finance assignments on both the buy and sell side assignments for large corporate, private equity and owner-managed clients. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to develop their advisory knowledge. Your new role As a Corporate Finance Executive, based in the Macclesfield office, you will be involved in a range of assignments which will include raising finance, business sales, business acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins & mergers. Working closely with the partner and managers your typical duties will include the preparation of information memorandums, financial modelling, market research, valuations, due diligence analysis and constant liaison with both the client and third parties including law firms. You will be actively encouraged to develop business and attend networking events and travel to both Manchester & London will be involved. What you'll need to succeed The firm are seeking an ambitious Chartered Accountant that they can develop into a Corporate Finance expert. You will have trained within a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants, gaining circa two years post qualification experienced and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commercial acumen.
