Overview

Seeking: Director of Strategic Client Solutions to join the London arm of an international eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services firm. The Role The Director, Strategic Clients Solutions (SCS) will be the primary strategic account manager who maintains and expands relationships with key accounts. Assigned a named portfolio of accounts, the strategic account manager is responsible for year-over-year revenue growth, account management and retention, and account institutionalization. You will represent the entire range of company services to assigned accounts, is critical to leading client account planning and ensuring client’s needs and expectations are met by the company by stewarding internal resources across product lines and geographies, ultimately ensuring continuity and the best possible results across the business. This position is a client-facing role requiring presentations to executive-level leadership, quarterly business reviews and monthly reporting and revenue trend analysis. Travel will be required as needed. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Client Solutions and is a highly visible role within the company Key Responsibilities Protect Existing Business and Grow Total Account Revenue SCS primary function is to protect existing account revenue and expand the footprint of business within the account Serve as the central point of contact for account information, issue escalation and resolution. Playbook coordination and maintenance, incorporating standard operating procedures and documenting unique processes and/or workflows. Lead and/or attend regularly scheduled project meetings and key communications. Resolve invoicing and billing issues and streamline e-billing workflow. Plan offsite events and retreats. Coordinate and plan professional development programs (e.g. CLE presentations, roundtable and panel discussions). Facilitate cross-jurisdictional support for global matters. Schedule Quarterly or Annual Business Reviews with key stakeholders. Analyse Account revenue trends and report to Sr. Management. Promote unique offerings exclusively for SCS clients (e.g. Sky Analytics). Monitor market status and industry reporting (e.g. pricing and technology trends). Submit required weekly management requested reporting. Regularly update Salesforce, account planning documentation, and other client-related materials.
