Overview
3 month contract for an HR BP with expertise in Organisational Design, based in Slough, PAYE only, starting within the next 2 weeks, working for a FTSE 100. The role: Analysis of current team and wider business Corporate Affairs set up (internal and external communications/affairs globally). Working with in-market HR colleagues to identify colleagues who sit outside of the function who carry out these types of roles in full or in part. Building from scratch a fit for purpose Corporate Affairs team globally to support the new company strategy. Develop target operating model and process flow - how will work flow between different teams. Design communication and implementation plan - how do we roll this out and embed with the buy in and support from our senior leadership. Experience required: Organisational Design / Development experience within a global company. Strong and effective communicator. Strong character, capable of influencing and dealing with challenges.
