Our exclusive client - a leader in their field, provide IT solutions for industrial manufacturing organisations across the UK. The main role of the Sales Data Coordinator is to provide data administrative support to the sales office. This role is a vital step in the clients sales process and will provide the right person with the capability to own the data layer and the ability to grow personally, within it. You will be working on the company sales database (CRM) cleansing and purging data in addition to calling organisations and ascertaining correct contacts for specific departments and adding these to the database. You will be responsible for identifying target sites for the direct sales team to contact and developing mailing lists for weekly and monthly mailshots. Main tasks and responsibilities: Correcting contact information within the companies' sales database. Contacting organisations to ascertain responsible contacts Using online tools to actively source new customer sites Working with the wider sales team to prepare targeted lists of customers for contact Support for marketing activities I.e. preparing mailshot target lists General housekeeping and management of the data held within the CRM database Attributes: Good telephone manner - Enthusiastic, clear and concise Can do Attitude - A positive can-do attitude Conscientious - Accuracy across all aspects of your work CRM Knowledge - Previous experience of working with database administration Flexible Attitude - To work to achieve your objectives yet be flexible to adapt, as required A good team player - Ability to liaise effectively with work colleagues Good organisation skills - To manage effectively your own daily weekly tasks Good ability to grasp new concepts - An interest in delivering value to clients Full training will be provided on all aspects of the companies databases processes, products and services.
