What you'll be doing Support and improvement of FLEETCOR’s customised Salesforce instance, userbase of circa 300 Resolving technical legacy debt Delivering new functionality to meet ever-changing user requirements such as introducing Service Cloud Translating customer requirements into clear and concise project work Lead change and release management processes Regular travel to other FLEETCOR sites to support users and managers Attending industry led events throughout the year both national and international About you Previous experience with Sales and Service Cloud. Deep understanding and experience of Salesforce, both in terms of technical capability and its application for business benefit including formula fields, validations and automation (workflow, process builder and flow.
