You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. Our Preston office On the back of an escalated growth period in the already established Midlands and Southern regions of Butler Rose, in October 2019 we have launched our Northern network of offices. This includes our Preston office which is headed by a highly experienced Manager of over 14 years in the industry having managed and built successful teams. We have already built a strong team and now have over 40 years worth of A&F recruitment experience in total and making a mark in the market. While many of our competitors are declining in numbers we have an ambitious growth plan and keen to attract key talent. The Person You may have anything from one year's experience within recruitment - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with strong sales skills. You want to be the best recruiter possible in your market. You have a demonstrable track record of delivering results through building strong client and candidate relationships. Previous experience of recruiting in Accountancy & Finance could make you a particularly strong candidate; but we will consider consultants from any market if you have a desire to move into the accountancy market… one of the most lucrative markets in the recruitment industry.
