Overview
Key Care & Support have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Preston The role will be based in our Preston office where you will develop and grow the Manchester Client base. We are looking for a motivated individual who will increase and develop clients in and around Manchester by cold calling and client development calls and visits. You will be attending business development meetings and implementing proactive marketing strategies in line with the company guidelines and standards. The role will also involve, sourcing, contacting and inviting potential new staff in for interview in our Manchester office where you will be based one day a week You will follow the company compliance requirements and work closely with the Recruitment/ Compliance Manager. You will liaise with Key Care & Support current staff by organising and conducting their review meetings, inviting to training, ensuring they meet the company compliance standards throughout the year. Other areas of the role would be booking shifts onto the in-house system, general administration, conducting inductions with new staff, and other adhoc daily duties that arise within a sales environment ideally you will have a recruitment background in Health Care.
