Job Title: Recruitment Advisor Duration: 9 months Hours: 37 per week Site: Fulwood, Preston Pay rate: £8.83 per hour PAYE Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to work with the prestigious BAE Systems Graduate and Apprentice Recruitment Team This role will be responsible for ensuring both candidates and hiring managers receive a timely and professional service whilst understanding the customer requirements, managing candidates via the on-line application system, screening of applications and sending to the appropriate business contacts for decision making, arranging and facilitating assessment centres and ensuring the ultimate decision is communicated to the candidates in a timely and professional fashion. You will also be involved with the management of candidates through the offer process. This is an exciting fast paced role with a high profile client and will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their knowledge and skills within the emerging talent sector. Skills and Experience Essential Volume recruitment experience working with service level agreements and performance measures. Experience of the full resourcing cycle, legislation and best practice. Ability to challenge and influence the customer Excellent organisational and prioritising skills IT literate Natural networker and relationship builder who is comfortable with mustering support at all levels Desirable SHL Level A Trained CIPD or CPP qualification or equivalent Experience of graduate and or apprentice recruitment Job analysis and assessment design skills Location Fulwood, Preston.
