Business Analyst Duration: February - October 2020 initially PAYE £19.22 - £25.87 per hour Umbrella: £24.88 - 28.98 per hour IR35: In scope Location: Leeds city centre. Our client is a very large Public-Sector organisation based in Leeds city centre. We have a new contract role for a Business Analyst. On this project you will be working alongside the programme team to map local appointments within GP Practices and link the data back to a national database. This database will then be used for large scale data analysis. The key competencies required for this role include; Stakeholder Management - Internal stakeholders, GP's, central NHS functions, data analysis teams Requirement definitions Writing User Stories Working with external suppliers and assuring their delivery of the software solution against the projects requirements. Knowledge/experience of working in an Agile environment and proficient at writing user stories and working in Jira and Confluence. Experience of identifying and recording and tracking benefits through the life cycle of the project. A basic understanding of XML Able to facilitate and elicit user feedback and articulate requirements and manage these through the ongoing development life cycle. Able to perform other BA duties that would fall within the remit of the role to successfully deliver the project. A good knowledge of the NHS and understanding of primary care would be desirable. To work alongside the project team to ensure the successful delivery of private beta and to ensure we are operationally ready to move into public beta.
