Regional HR Business Partner Permanent My key client, a highly established yet evolving multinational business services organisation headquartered in Buckinghamshire currently seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis. The Regional HR Business Partner will look after multiple sites providing comprehensive and pragmatic operational generalist HR support and solutions to senior leadership across multiple sites. This will also partner and collaborate with Management teams in providing pragmatic and commercially focussed solutions in relation to HR and people issues that will meet business objectives. As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Provide commercially focussed advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues Driving innovation, change and improvement in both business and HR practice including performance management, talent, resourcing and development Partnering with site leadership teams on all organisational change programmes Creation and delivery of people related learning such as HR process training, complex case management and management capability As the Regional HR Business Partner, ideally you will possess the following experience: Extensive HR generalist experience with 3 years' experience in a similar capacity Regional or multisite experience.
