Bennett Hay have this incredible opportunity to work in an exciting, creative, media environment with professional and supportive colleagues who will encourage your career into progression We are recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join us in providing an excellent service to our high-profile, media client based just 5 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road station. The role… As the first representative of our client, this role aims to provide an exemplary personalised and warm service to each and every guest. This includes security protocols, which are crucial to this role. This involves ensuring guests are greeted and hosted through the access and safety processes in a smooth and efficient manner. There is also a significant amount of admin duties such as handling national and international queries on a daily basis through email, telephone and face to face. This busy corporate environment that will demand the best of both your organisation and prioritisation skills. Our ideal candidate… Previous reception experience is not essential to this role however, we require a willingness to learn and progress. A positive approach, friendly, outgoing and helpful by nature. Well presented, polished and articulate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good IT Knowledge: Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). A strong sense of initiative, independent, able to come up with new ideas. What we offer… £20,000 per year working 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday Bi-weekly shifts alternating between 8:30am-5:30pm and 9:30am-6:30pm .
