Overview

Based in Central London I am currently recruiting a Personal Assistant/Office Manager for a private office of a HNWF. The PA/Office Manager will be responsible in the day to day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include: Office management - meet and greet guests, make tea's/coffee's/refreshments, handle the post, organise couriers, set up meeting rooms, order office supplies, manage supplier contracts, manage IT for the office and provide finance support (staff expenses, keep a record of purchases etc.) PA duties - extensive diary management for Senior Management both in London and internationally, organise conference calls and meetings, attend meetings and take minutes/notes Organising events - source suppliers, liaise with suppliers and event staff Travel booking - arrange company travel; prep itineraries, research destinations, book flights and accommodation, manage budgets and visa applications HR - Provide administrative support; manage holiday and sickness records, keep employee records up to date, act as point of contact for any HR related queries, liaise with HR Consultant where necessary, manage induction and termination process We need: Experience of working as a PA/Office Manager in a similar environment Strong problem solver Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good listening skills Proficient in all things tech including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong experience in diary management Can do attitude If you are proactive, positive, outgoing and personable then please get in touch 35 hours a week - but the hours will vary dependant on the needs of the business.
