Overview
Our client is a lovely Accounting firm based in Islington and it was a pleasure for us to meet their team of about 20 people. They are growing and are looking for a Semi-Senior to join their team due to them expanding. You will benefit from wide exposure to a variety of Accounting and Bookkeeping/Accounts preparation and tax tasks that will enhance your skills and further your career while enjoying a nurturing environment and a great salary and benefits. You will have the opportunity to be a manager, which will be great for your career and slingshot you to the next level. More about you and the Accounts Senior/Semi-Senior or Bookkeeper role: Role split between Accounts (50%), Tax (40%), Bookkeeping (10%) Financial and Statutory Accounts Personal and Corporation Tax Managing your own portfolio of clients with turnovers up to £4m Management possibilities- experience not essential, you will receive on the job training and mentoring You are studious, organised and detail-orientated, a great team player who enjoys learning and rising to a challenge The role will grow with you and is a wonderful way to put into action your skills, knowledge and abilities while learning new ones in a flexible environment. It is in a lovely historical area of Angel with great transport links and convenient to bustling shops and restaurants. This is a great role for an ACA/ACCA studier or finalist that is looking to take the next step up to Senior Accountant and who wants lots of wide exposure to Accounts Preparation, bookkeeping and Tax duties including corporation tax and VAT.
