Role: Fraud Investigator - Insurance Claims Location:Manchester Salary:£22-25k benefits career development We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and leading Insurer based in Manchester. Opportunities to make the leap from claims into Fraud do not come up very often, so if that’s you; Read on We are currently looking for 2 x Fraud Investigator to resolve a caseload of Fraudulent claims (comprising of both home and motor theft cases) in order to achieve a speedy and cost efficient conclusion. What will you be doing? ·Conduct detailed telephone based interviews with claimants utilising Voice Risk Analysis technology. ·Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent claims referred from the claims department. ·Conduct desktop investigations, including database searches and cognitive telephone interviews with Customers, witnesses and third parties, to obtain evidence and progress the investigation. ·Liaise with other insurers, investigating Solicitors, and law enforcement agencies, ·If you have proven claims handling experience in a personal lines environment and want to work with a growing fraud team, please get in touch ASAP.
