Overview
Our client, a truly independent Estate Agents established for 20 years and based in Erdington are actively recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join their experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for branch administration and chasing of contracts. As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for: Handling incoming telephone calls and emails Arranging and confirming property viewings and valuations Ensuring all compliance procedures are carried out Typing general correspondence Maintaining the database ensuring all calls are logged onto the system Typing up property details Meeting and greeting clients within the office Contract chasing and monitoring progress Liaising with solicitors, vendors, purchasers and financial institutes Resolving issues Providing general administrative support to a busy office The successful candidate for the role of Contract Administrator will have: Previous experience within an estate agency would be an advantage but not essential Proven administration experience within a busy environment Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload Efficiency when using a CRM systems In return the Contract Administrator will receive a basic salary of £17,000 - £20,000pa depending on experience.
